A amazing Battlefield 2 machinima weighing in at 40+ minutes and taking 11 months to do. It is worth the watch for sure.

A few days ago Troyus sent me a link to a site called Source Films. At first the site seemed like nothing at all. Just a boring old splash screen. Once you are on the wiki, a wealth of knowledge is at your hands. Any basic thing you may need is there. This site is definitely worth a bookmark.

IGN has posted an interview with Crytek’s engine business manager.

Take the engine that powered last year’s dazzling (and resource heavy) Crysis and put it in the hands of other developers and what do you get? As somewhat of a shock, Stage6 announced that it will be closing its doors on Thrusday

I’m Tom (aka Spinner), a Stage6 user and an employee of DivX, Inc., the company behind the service. I’m writing this message today to inform you that we plan to shut down Stage6 on February 28, 2008. Upload functionality has already been turned off, and you’ll be able to view and download videos until Thursday.

Sir. Xalias of The Sir. Community has released a little project called ” Desktop Battlefield
